I have canoeing and triathlon competitions next week onwards.

My life is screwed.

My mom isnt giving me money.

My worries are over because exams are over.

guess what

my brother is in the hospital

he broke his right arm

like really broke it

i was at my mom's shop today

helping her watch over it as no one is available to help

i played cabal the whole time i was there

quite crazy

not many customers stepped in

i only took like one break from playing

that was to get lunch and

go to the toilet at the same time

the craze i have for games

always end very quick

but i doubt i will stop playing cabal

cos the graphics is damn good

well, IVP and polite races coming up. i've been told multiple times to concentrate on one sport and i think i should quit one now. but i dont know which should i quit, swimming or canoe? i love canoeing for hell alright and i am in swimming because i have been doing it for so long. argh fuck it too.

i have a appointment tmr night! appointment with the hairdresser. forced to get my hair trimmed. ugh! anws the catch was that i am allowed to get my hair coloured too! and my mom is gonna pay for it! whooooo! 6pm! orchard! i am still undecided on what colour should i pick! anyone has any suggestions? i won't pick brown or red because i had those before. and i wont pick bleach because its too plain and beng-ish. but if its a colour that requires my hair to be bleached first i dont mind. hmm pink highlights? whoooo. purple? gayyy. blue? boringggg. green? parents dont allow. zzz. but school's out and colouring it now would be a waste of money because no one will see me during this holiday period! except for those that i will meet at training! =( argh. what other colours are there? give me your views alright! =D

met natalie, min lee and kerrie today at bukit merah town centre. we walked over to arena warehouse somewhere in henderson to view the competition stuffs for our upcoming swimming IVP competition. was there for quite long and we viewed the black and red gold swim suits. the red one is damn nice la! hahah it has gold linings at certain areas! and i'm talking about the jammers(for guys) and swim costumes(for girls). but, i think its quite outstanding a colour so i am having considerations on which colour to get cos black is very low profile kinda colour. =\ anws! prices will be stated below!

went over to KAP to study after having lunch in HANS. Nat decided not to go for her life guard lessons so that she can study for her more important exams this week. so went over to KAP and we were still discussing on what colour should we get! hahah! they met a pervert on the bus! hahaha! anws studied till 11pm and asked my mom to come fetch me home. nothing else today!

Foreign Talent

people has been saying that those representing our home country aren't singaporeans. but, i would like you guys to think again. they might very well be people from foreign countries and were brought in by our nation and trained up to play for us, represent us in sports which we singaporeans aren't able to achieve in.

we always complain that foreign talents are competing with singaporeans for places, be it in jobs, sports and any other factors. but in the midst of the current olympics games, there has been an uproar on the nationality of the players representing us.

well, have we ever stopped to think, if we want so badly a singaporean to win the medal for us, why aren't we working hard towards it? why are we so lazy in everything we do?

simple, we do not like hardwork and we take things for granted. look around you, if you complain that these china nationals are being imported to play for us and that they aren't carrying the name of our country high and proud, would you like to end up being the one to sweep the roads? clean our toilets? work under the scorching sun in construction sites?

think again! there may have been foreign talents taken in and groomed to represent us but there too are foreign workers who are sweating their days on ends away to clean the shit that we leave behind and build the buildings we live and work in! why are we complaining?? they have put in so much effort to build singapore up for us! they might not be as smart as some of us are but they are willing to go through that pain for work.

very well, look at the table tennis players and taoli for swimming. they have attained singapore citizenship and i am very sure that they of all people carry the pride and honour of singapore! they are the ones that made it there for us, they made the effort, they put in the hardwork and have brought singapore another medal since the 1960s.

for me, i will applaude them, i will congratulate them and i will thank them. i have always had dreams like any other person, to represent singapore in the olympics or maybe even in the SEA games but these dreams may never come true because i have not put in as much effort as they are willing to sacrifice. so please i urge you singaporeans to think again.

today was study day. went over to the airport at 9am and renee couldn't make it due to home affairs. so i sat there for endless hours alone studying. well while i was studying, i wasnt exactly alone! there was a guy next to me who is studying alone too! hahah! he seems to have met the same situation as me! he kept calling on his cell earlier on and seemed frustrated. well terminal 3 in changi airport seems like a big hit among teenagers to go to study. for my 10 hours i sat there, i saw students flowing in to study! some even stayed as long as i did! thank you nat for coming down to accompany me! =D after studying, at around 730 we left macs and went over to the coffee connection for dinner. the portion of pasta was quite little =\ i am hungry now! ahhhh! zz

anws, dewi left today! she came over to find me at macs for about 10 mins? haha then left cos her J was left out. bon voyage! and remb what you told me! hahaha!

today i went to school for statistics! was the earliest! its a non-compulsory lesson and i arrived early for it! WTH! every other lesson that punctuality is essential, i arrive late for them. i was so early that no one from my class or faris' class was there yet! well except for belicia. otherwise, the benches outside the lecture hall were occupied by BMS students. hahah!

anws, stats was quite useful for me today! at last i learnt something! hahaha! and i was told that i have to get at least 75/100 to pass this module so that i can clear and not retake it! HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO ACHIEVE THAT?!?!?! argh i have problems in deciding what formulas for which questions i should use la! spotting question is so essential in stats and i dont know how to spot them! die la!

after stats, we(faris, aaron and haowen) over to SIM megabites for lunch. then met Mr.Mak at LSCT block level 5 for some extra information on cellbiology! luckily i went for this too! i learnt something and i even made neat nice notes for it! omg! today is the most effective study day i have in this whole study week! exams next week alr D:

WE have big dreams. fantasies. swiss bank do wait for us to open an account each in 12 years time! while sitting in ourspace, we started chatting on driving, having money, this and that. soon, we became really optimistic! we decided that 12 years from now, we will start our journey to opening a swiss bank account! these dreams are dreams that everyone would want to achieve! meeting it or not would be another question. anws amidst all these chatting, we were supposed to be studying and doing stats exercise! but as usual, we never got down to completing even one question! came home and wasted my time. NOW, the stats worksheet is sitting right in front of me and i am just staring right back at it. ugh! well, thats all for now! =)

i currently have two blogs! hahah! i know its pretty lame but yeah. i just told quite alot of ppl to relink to this new blog link and after that, i decided to create a blogger. zz! anws i think both these blogging platforms have their advantages and disadvatages!

firstly, i will list down the good and bad points of wordpress and then i will list the same for blogger! =)

wordpress

user friendly dashboard with links to every part of the platform on one page

easy to navigate as the links are placed quite simply

keeps track of who views you and from where do they find your blog

have the codes written nicely for you alr (do not have to fix the html yourself)

it has limited number of skin designs

forces you to have a title for every post (which can get quite irritating when you run out of ideas)

for people to chat, only can leave comments at posts

blogger

there are alot of blog skins that can be used!

allows you to insert a tagboard to have easier chat with friends

widely known for the blogging platform (might be due to its main website's url)

unable to keep track of who views you and where from do they find your blog

have to insert your own codes to the html which can get quite confusing (esp if you are a computer/blogging dumb person like me!)

omg! the more i watch the olympics telecast for the swimming events, the more hyped up i get to train. its been burning in me to get changed and jump into the swimming pool for some serious training! but sadly no matter how motivated i am, i have to leave it till after next thursday! ahhh! damn exams! restricting me from doing so much things that i want to do now! omg luh! && i haven't rowed in damn long either! shit! IVPs for both swimming and canoeing are this october! no time to train for any of these! arghhhh! when i was hoping to do well and get a medal at this swimming competitions, these might just be dreams i can leave for next year. i have not been training properly for training and i've been told that i have alot of cca commitments. ahhh i wont give up swimming or canoeing man! haha!

anws! i have been studying in the school library again today! but as usual i didnt really study much! i was so tired and sleepy everything that i read didn't register! its just plain reading without understanding. which is quite equivalent to not reading at all! i dont know why but exams are so irritating and this time, it has killed me so much! retaking one module. zz! damn bloody studies in poly la! shit man really regret not going to a course that i like! just because i wanted NP and now i am suffering! should have went to SP so that i would be in the course that i like! bloody hell! how foolish i have been! wasted my time and wasted money! retaking a module that the lecturers face is so bitchy old womanish look. zz! i dont know how to describe! it just mean she looks like shit and i hate her sarcasm! some people think she is funny but i think its totally lame and like "WHAT THE FUCK?" ARGH!

i have to work hard next semester! the feeling is fading. ugh! cannot!

hmm! maybe i should use both blogs! hahah! i think blogger is so much better than wordpress! there are so many skins you can choose from to use unlike the limited default few layouts that you are allowed to use on wordpress.

omg la. i am supposed to be studying during this study week but i've never really read anything much! i am gonna fail biostatistics! i am quite sure of it! omg then next seester i have to work really hard for the maths module or else i will have my modules pushed back =( damn poly lifestyle! i have to go meet chan sii pan yann tmr for statistics consultation lesson with tiara and siok kiang but guess what! i dont know anything about statistics that i dont even know what i have to consult her about! and i think i require an A grade for this final exam to pass this stinking module!

EXAMS ARE IRRITATING PAIN IN THE ASS DAMN ANNOYING WASTE OF TIME! when i thought in poly we do not have to go through such processions till our final year! ITS WORST THAN SECONDARY SCHOOLS EXAMS AND THE MULTIPLE TESTS THEY RECEIVE! ugh! whats worse is lecturers dont really give a fuck about you if you dont do well and they give you shit! argh!
